宁波北仑新碶派出所女辅警赵胜楠今天录了一段英语版的防疫视频。听听这发音，真是要膜拜了。

Dear all the foreign friends here in Beilun,

Hi, I’m Ellie.

We are facing a tough time right now. The outbreak of coronavirus occurred in Beilun. Some of us are stuck at home. To prevent further spread of the disease, I do hope that you can follow these guidelines.

1/ Stay informed about the disease. Please follow official information given by the local authorities, do not trust or spread rumors.

2/ Protect your health. Wear a medical mask when going out and maintain good hygiene practices.

3/ Minimize outdoor activities. Please cancel group activities. And avoid using public transportation.

4/ Participate in the joint efforts for prevention and control of the disease. Please comply with the demands of the government.

We are currently taking all the necessary measures to fight the epidemic. My dear friends, this is a war with virus, doubts, and fears, but we shall all be the fighters. We are certain to win this battle.

致在北仑的外国友人们：

我们现在正经历着艰难时刻，北仑新冠疫情突发，我们中的一部分人目前隔离在家。为了防止疾病传播，希望大家遵守以下建议：

1、关注权威信息。通过政府权威部门获取信息，不传谣、不信谣。

2、做好自我防护。外出请佩戴口罩，并保持良好个人卫生习惯。

3、减少外出活动。请减少聚集活动，避免乘坐公共交通工具。

4、配合联防联控。请大家务必遵守政府的防疫要求。

目前，我们正采取一切措施抗击疫情，亲爱的朋友们，这是一场与病毒、怀疑、恐惧的战争，但我们都应该成为战士，我们终将获得这次战争的胜利。

小时新闻记者从北仑公安分局了解到，赵胜楠，1997年出生，中共党员，大学毕业后在北仑公安分局新碶派出所工作已两年半，大学期间通过了英语专业八级考试，日常负责境外人员管理工作。新碶街道是本次北仑疫情的重点区，赵胜楠在工作中依托自身专业优势开展新碶辖区内外籍人员疫情防控工作，为外国友人讲解防疫政策、解决生活中存在的实际困难，从1月1日凌晨开始，一直战斗在抗疫第一线。

“这个视频拍摄的时候，赵胜楠是没有写文字稿的。拍完视频后，她又忙着出门去各个点位送物资了。”赵胜楠的一位同事告诉小时新闻记者。
